For characterizing Norfuk vernacular, the vowel sounds are far more important than the consonants, which differ minimally from those of Australian or New Zealand English. A preliminary analysis of two of the broadest Norfuk speakers from the Flint dialogues is presented, followed by an analysis of the keyword citation forms from seven contemporary Norfuk speakers.
