The important role of mothers
10:16:48 2024-02-03 604

The social factor begins after the end of the pregnancy period, that is, from the period when the mother embraces her child and contacts with family members, relatives and acquaintances, getting to know people in the alleys and markets, physical and moral surveillance, getting to know the police and clergy, and thus all the people we come in contact with. During this period of childhood, the role of the mother is strong and influential. Because the largest part of the child’s nature and morals takes its first shape and color from the mother’s arms and the things that are close to her.

1- The surrounding factor:

The toys and things that surround the child affect his formation, and since the mother is the one who buys and prepares these toys and things, she can influence her child by choosing them.

The role of the mother in all circumstances is important and influential, and if there is negligence in performing these duties, it is an unforgivable sin.

2- The role of the mother in transmitting social heritage:

The child places his feet on the stage of life with a mind devoid of everything. He does not know anything about the social situation in which he must live. He does not know anything about his innate heritage. An idea is like a white piece of paper. He has not written anything on it yet, and the first letters and words written are influenced by the mother. She is the one who writes down the beautiful and the ugly. She is the first one to make her child speak, so she puts the words on his tongue and he repeats them like a parrot. The mother rises to raise the curtain from the child’s and family’s surroundings, revealing to him the principles and rules of daily life, the way of dealing, etiquette, and the material and moral theories. The mother is the basis for the transmission of culture, and from a scientific standpoint she is the leader of the child’s thought and mind. She writes down the original things and rules on the pages of his thought, or teaches him the evils, and therefore she is the reason for her son to be righteous, useful or corrupt, and on this basis the mother's role in transmitting social heritage is more important than the role of the father or the role of other members of the family and society.
