1- Striving to refine oneself and improve one’s abilities.

2- Improving the skill of communicating with oneself, such as controlling anger.

3- Improving the skill of dealing with others, such as tolerance.

4- Improving the ability to plan goals.

5- It contributes to absorbing ambition and achieving success.
