Insomnia may be caused by anxiety, or it may be a cause of anxiety
Some of us say: I cannot sleep, or I did not sleep last night until after dawn.
We conclude that he has a problem that worries him, or something that robs him of calm and peace of mind.
However, sometimes we do not have any problem that bothers us except that we are not able to close our eyelids?
This is what raises our fears and anxiety about the stress that we will pay for with our well-being.
The first requirement for comfortable sleep is “a feeling of peace and tranquility.”

Resorting to Allah Almighty gives us a great psychological motivation to control feelings of fear and tension. As long as management has its beginning and end in the hands of the Creator, there is no will except the will of Allah Almighty.
Why have fear and anxiety?! And Allah Almighty is right when He says in His Mighty Book:
{Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured}
Hasten to remember Allah and occupy your time with prayer instead of insomnia, which will open the ball of obsessions to attack your thinking and disturb your mood...
