Six ideas for young people that will make their day purposeful and productive
10:40:32 2024-01-22 1223

Some young people suffer from wasting their time and wasting their day without being productive. At the end of the day, they feel depressed and bored and do not find value in their day and thus do not taste the sweetness and beauty of life.

Here are six ideas that may help you spend an organized time and a productive day:

1- Decide to set yourself beautiful morning habits.

After the dawn prayer:

Drink refreshing juices.

Draw a smile on the face of those around you with sweet words.

Do exercise, even if you walk in the parks for 15 minutes.

Listen to developmental lectures or moral advice.

Practice meditation...

Listen to a Qur’anic recitation in a beautiful voice.

Thus, make sure to start your day with something nice that makes you feel positive and energetic.

2- Organizing your tasks according to prioritization.

You will have many tasks to do during the day, starting in the morning... Write down everything you have to do during this day, and arrange them according to priority and chronological order.

3- Gather your focus on accomplishing one of your tasks.

Being busy with more than one job or task makes you lose focus and makes your work incomplete, so limit your focus to completing the tasks one by one. Do not start anything before you finish what is in hand so that you can enjoy peace of mind regarding your tasks.

4- Rest is necessary, so enjoy it well

No matter how high your ability to achieve is, the soul will become tired and exhausted. Set a time for a break that you enjoy to regain your energy, so that you can return to performing your tasks with great vitality and desire.

5- Decide to manage your time under a balanced management system

Not organizing time with a schedule of tasks is a reason for missing valuable opportunities in your life, so you can control your time practically by recording everything you do, and then evaluating your performance at the end of the day.

6- Evaluate your work...and thank Allah for every achievement

Evaluation of performance is considered one of the secrets of success. Monitoring yourself in light of your daily schedule will reveal to you aspects of consistency and stagnation in achievement, and then you will recognize your identity and evaluate your performance. If you succeed in implementing your program, thank Allah often and reward yourself.

Finally, some simple things may change things in our lives, and small habits may create big successes...so always remember this.
