Different people have different motivations. It could be vanity, important for your job, or maybe a health scare has kicked you off the couch. Whatever the motivation, it's definitely going to improve your life in more ways than one.

Don't be afraid of getting started. That first step IS the most difficult, but once you get into a routine you'll start to feel more confident and the results will follow.
You may not have the perfect body now, but it doesn't mean you can't get it with a bit of effort! Nobody got ripped in a day, but your body and mind will appreciate the efforts you make. It takes about six to eight weeks to see noticeable results.
