Like previous versions, the iPhone 15 Pro comes with a 6.1-inch screen, while the larger version, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, comes with a 6.7-inch screen and supports the ProMotion feature to increase the screen refresh rate, and the permanent screen feature, and it also contains the Dynamic Island feature that Apple added. Both phones work with the A17 Pro processor, which is a processor made with the latest 3nm manufacturing technology, and Apple claims that this processor can outperform all competing phones, and even match some high-performance desktop computers.

Apple said it has redesigned the graphics processing unit, and Apple believes that the new iPhone 15 Pro versions could be equipped to raise the level of games you can play on them.

Contrary to what is usual in iPhone phones, Apple changed the charging and data transfer port to USB C instead of the “Lightning” port, and one of the great benefits of this shift in the iPhone 15 Pro phones will be the ability to transfer data at high speeds via the dedicated full capacity of up to 10 GB per Second, according to Apple.

Apple has developed the functions of the side mute button on the iPhone 15 Pro, so that it can be customized to run shortcuts, show accessibility features, open the camera, turn on the flash, and other functions. It has also become known as the “Action Button.”

The two phones come with a triple rear camera, the primary one with a resolution of 48 megapixels, with improvements in the camera’s performance in taking photos in low light, and it also uses artificial intelligence systems to take full-resolution images in HEIF format.

Apple said that it is now possible to change the default lens and shoot at multiple focal lengths - 24, 28 or 35 millimeters - via the main camera, and optical zoom can be done up to 5 times, in addition to improvements in the mechanism of taking personal photos “Portrait” that eliminate the need to manually switch to “Portrait” mode. “Portrait” and new tools to control focus and depth.

As for shooting videos, it is possible to shoot 4K video at 60 frames per second, and it is also possible to shoot directly to an external drive through the USB-C port (assuming the appropriate cable is used).

Apple said that the iPhone 15 Pro phones can also capture “spatial videos,” which are 3D clips that are compatible with the new Vision Pro glasses.

The new iPhones contain the second generation of the ultra-wide range chip that provides spatial awareness, allowing the device to detect the location of other nearby devices equipped with the same chip.
