The three stages of life for children
6:45:13 2023-07-24 2269

It was mentioned in the honorable hadith on the authority of the Noble Messenger (PBUH): “A child is a master for seven years, a slave for seven years, and a minister for seven years.

The noble hadith divided the educational stages of the child into three stages:

The first stage: It is the stage of infancy, the stage of fun and play for the child, and that is why the Noble Messenger (PBUH) described him as a master, because the child is not blamed at this age for many behaviors due to the limitations of his intellectual abilities and his departure at this stage to his own perfection, which is play and fun.

The second stage: It is a stage that should be the stage of direct education and discipline based on the foundations of morals and good qualities. Therefore, the narration expressed him as a slave, meaning that he receives orders and monitors his actions.

The third stage: It is the stage of youth and adolescence, in which he stays with his father as a minister stays with the king, so he gains from his father's experiences in life and learns the methods of work and living.
