There are three types of needs on the basis of which an individual acts with others, namely:
1- The individual needs to interact and mingle with others and attract their attention to him.
2- The individual needs to influence others with the aim of power and control.
3- The individual needs love, tenderness, kindness and credibility.
These needs require the individual to work to establish a kind of balance between himself and others.
Personal communication is considered the first method of technical communication, and it begins with friction and confrontation between the parties that communicate with each other, in various and different situations. The method of interview is expressed among the methods of this communication, and it is a pre-arranged and organized phrase, or it is an automatic meeting that takes place between two people and questions are put in it according to the coming of thoughts.
In addition to the interview, there is intelligence, which is a method of communication that has its own advantages and characteristics. In some situations it is possible to combine the two methods when we conduct a survey study. In such a situation, the questions that are asked must be open-ended, while leaving the required freedom and room for communication, between those who ask the questions in the appropriate language that enables the respondent to give the correct answer or that understand the required meaning. This means making room for overcoming the most important communication problems, which is the problem of the language barrier, in addition to the other obstacle, which is the obstacle of culture and the difference in intellectual ability between the two parties. Which results in not understanding the questions that are asked in the way that they should be understood.
The importance of personal contact in the field of influence has become evident in all societies in which it occurs, developed or traditional, although in the traditional it outweighs the developed, because it is considered an alternative source, especially in the absence of collective contact.
