There are qualified young men who have succeeded in a short period of time in acquiring hundreds of experiences and distinguishing between advantages and disadvantages, as a result of their accuracy in life affairs. They think rationally about matters and issues that suit them, and they speak what is right. Unlike those older than them who did not benefit from their age and did not gain any experiences from life and did not try to enlighten and develop their minds, and still look at things from a childish perspective and utter what children say.

They should take advantage of the educators' guidance and directives to strengthen their minds, develop their feelings and desires in the right way, and apply their ideas and morals with living and social conditions and their religious and legal responsibilities.
Boys can move the power of their understanding and achieve the acquired growth of their minds through two factors, one of which is learning and the other is the acquisition of experiences.
Event analysis
Boys must develop their minds by receiving science and knowledge on the one hand, and analyzing the big and small events and what they face in their daily lives with the help of their educators, in order to realize their causes. They must think about an event as far as they understand, and try to give the result of each event, which in itself constitutes a life experience, to the memory, and make it the basis for their actions. It is obvious that this step contributes to the development of the minds of boys, such as receiving knowledge, leads to strengthening their intellectual abilities and protects them from slipping into labyrinths, getting lost and deviating.
A student of community:
“The child discovers, during puberty, an environment that is greater than his own, and embarks on new activities and events. In fact, he becomes a student in the community school so that he can create new relationships between him and adults who are older than him. Hence, he has a new concept about his personality, a concept that is more profound and perceptive than before. And the more he knows himself and stands on the truth of his personality, the more his personality begins to crystallize little by little.
