Time management helps you to mitigate predicaments, and above that it helps you to prepare for them and anticipate them, so that crises are reduced and confined to a narrow corner. We do not say that time management will end all crises, but rather it will help to reduce them significantly. Behaviors and beliefs lead to saving time:
1- Determine the goal.
2- Planning.
3- Always keep a to-do list.
4- Preparing for tomorrow.
5- Using time management tools.
6- Spread the culture of time management.
7- Not to keep complex tasks (dividing tasks into sub-tasks).
8- Do not keep heavy tasks on yourself (finish them immediately).
9- Don't be perfectionist.
10- Arrange your things.
11- Effective communication (ensure that the message is delivered as intended).
12- Don't be late in getting to the workplace.
13- Preparing for recurring tasks (Check List).
14- Grouping similar tasks.
15- Wear a watch (monitor the time in any task you do).
16- Date tasks (set yourself a date or time for completing any task).
17- Equality in scheduling appointments.
18- Do not keep incomplete tasks (finish every task you started).
19- Do not neglect the word thank you.
20- Do not provide services that you are not good at.
21- Learn to read quickly.
22 – Make use of the time in the car - moving - traveling.
23- Do not keep comfortable seats in your office.
24- Hang a busy banner to finish tasks that need focus.
25- Use the phone effectively.
26- Develop delegation skills.
27- Know yourself and your daily performance cycles, mentally and physically.
